About us

Swarajya Rakshak Sanstha is a youth-driven national trust founded in May 2024, committed to building the next generation of warriors, leaders, and protectors of Bharat. Rooted in the principles of Swarajya, self-reliance, and disciplined nation-building, we envision a society where every young Indian is mentally resilient, physically capable, spiritually aligned, and prepared to serve the nation—whether through public service, defense, or high-impact civil society roles.

Swarajya Rakshak Sanstha was formally established in May 2024 in Pune, Maharashtra, born out of a growing need to channelize the energy of Bharat's youth into purpose-driven service and national defense. However, its ideological foundations were laid much earlier through grassroots work in community mentorship, security awareness, and youth mobilization.

What began as a dream of Yash Nitin Sapre to foster collaboration between veterans, civil servants, and nationalist educators to guide and empower the youth has grown into a full-fledged institution with multiple verticals, including:

A Specialized Commando Training Academy run by retired a rotating contingent of different Ex army personnel including NSG and BSF Black Cat operatives as mentors and specialized trainers.

A career foundation that helps aspirants crack physical, written, and psychological exams for police, military, paramilitary, and civil services.

A national values-based youth network that propagates self-discipline, dharmic values, and respect for constitutional duties.

In just its first year, the Sanstha has influenced hundreds of youth and rapidly expanded its Shakas (branches) across Maharashtra, with plans to scale across India through institutional partnerships and ground deployments.

Our Programs

Swarajya Rakshak Sanstha runs integrated, high-impact programs across four pillars:

1. Military & Tactical Training

Through our Pune-based commando academy and affiliated trainers, we offer combat readiness, weapons familiarization, MMA, riot control, and tactical fitness preparation. This forms the base for both state security force aspirants and private military candidates.

2. Career Readiness & Recruitment Support

Under the Swarajya Rakshak Career Foundation, we guide youth through SSB prep, UPSC/MPSC readiness, and sector-specific aptitude development—ranging from police to industrial safety roles. We provide documentation, mentorship, and industry liaisons for career placements.

3. Values-Based Youth Development

All members undergo ideological and behavioral orientation focusing on nationalism, discipline, mental clarity, and spiritual grounding. Shakas conduct weekly meetups, workshops, and awareness drives to engage and mobilize local communities.

4. Community & Industrial Integration

We build civic trust and social capital by linking trained youth with societal needs—disaster response, school safety drills, civil protection volunteerism, and more. Industrial security and workforce readiness are also imparted for those transitioning into civilian employment sectors.
