An officer with vast combat experience, comes from a village background from Latur district, Maharashtra.
He completed his schooling at Sainik School in Satara which has given many illustrious warriors to the Indian Armed forces, and he turned out to be no different.
He cleared UPSC and SSB in first attempt and joined NDA in 1994.
He is a highly decorated Army veteran with 24 years of diverse experience in the Indian Army. He was honoured with awards like the Shaurya Chakra and Sena Medal by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam for his bravery and elimination of 6 terrorists and a total of 14 terrorist by his team when he was leading the soldiers as a company commander.
He was the training officer at TES Entry & Recruit Training center. As the Training Officer he has trained thousands of young recruits and officers by designing and executing their training curriculum, which makes him best suited for guiding the future defence officers at the academy.

Fuelled by the sense of duty, at Defence Career Academy we train young aspirants whose dreams are brave enough to serve their country in various uniforms. We have brought different training courses such as NDA, TES , AFMC, CDS, CAPF, AGNIVEER and Police Recruitment all under the one roof.
COURSES
NDA
The NDA Pre-Training Course is a 2-year course where we would be training the students for Written Exams as well as SSB Interviews. NDA is one of the toughest exams to crack but with the right attitude and mentorship, it can be cleared on the first attempt itself.
The training will be focused to equip the students with the academics and right psychological mindset required as an officer in defence services. Rigorous physical training will be a part of the course where the student will hone their Physical Strength, Endurance, Stamina. All round personality development will be the key to success. .
The course will continue along the base course of 11th and 12th standard either from Maharashtra Board or CBSE, depending upon what the student opts.
CDS/SSC
The CDS/SSC is a 1-year course meant for final year graduation/graduate students of any stream, except for selection in Air Force Academy which requires the student to have taken Mathematics and Physics in 11th and 12th.
Our intensive CDS course is designed to provide the aspirants with the tools they will need to successfully join the Defence Forces.
With our experience, and focused approach to education and SSB interview we prepare our students not only to clear the examination but to compete in this challenging profession.
AFCAT
This course is designed especially for the candidates who dream to soar high in the sky.
Our goal is to offer the best educational facility and SSB preparation that assists aspirants in becoming intellectually and psychologically prepared to achieve their dream of joining the AFCAT for both Technical and Non-technical Roles in the IAF.
TES – JEE ENTRY
The TES course is a Pre Training Course of 2 years where we would be training the students for Written Exams as well as SSB Interviews. Indian army publishes the TES notification every year. The candidates who have completed the 12th standard with PCM with an aggregate of 60%. are eligible.
The perfect time to enroll for the TES course is right after the end of 10th standard board exam, to provide the student with ample amount of time to manage board examination studies along with the JEE preparation.
AFMC – NEET Entry
The AFMC course is a Pre Training Course of 2-years where we would be training the students for Written Exams as well as Interviews. Indian army publishes the AFMC notification every year.
The AFMC MBBS Application is going to be started from the second week of May 2023. The AFMC MBBS 2023 admission is going to be only offered to the candidates who have appeared for the NEET 2023 Entrance Test.
Those candidates who will clear the NEET 2023 entrance test will need to appear for the ToELR Computer Based Test (CBT). The ToELR Computer Based Test (CBT) organised/ conducted by the AFMC Authority.
Agniveer Course: ARMY/AIRFORCE/NAVY
Announced in June 2022, the Agnipath scheme led to a new path to enter the prestigious Indian Defence Services. An Agniveer soldier is recruited for a fixed tenure in the defence services i.e. 4 years.
The Agniveer Course would focus on students who want to serve the nation as soldiers as well as an honourable citizen later in their life. The students will be trained for all the 3 stages of the exam- The Written ,Recruitment Rally, and Medical Test.
As a retired Agniveer soldier the students will be provided with INR 10.4 lakhs as a Seva Nidhi package. Based on the results of the Internal Examination conducted after the completion of 4 years, 25% of the soldiers will get the chance to become a permanent soldier and serve the nation further.
CAPF
This course is designed for aspirants who want to join the Military & Paramilitary Forces. Paramilitary forces are semi-military forces that are part of the Home Ministry of the Indian Government, their regimen, culture, and training are similar to that of the Armed Forces.
The Students will be trained for all the 3 stages of the exam: Written, Physical Efficiency Test, and Interview Round. A student must clear all the 3 stages of the exam to qualify for the Paramilitary services.
Our goal is to prepare motivated individuals who can serve the nation in times of crisis, which requires high motivation, problem-solving attitude, and quick decision-making ability.
Police Recruitment
The Police Recruitment Course is designed for the brave students who want to serve the nation wearing the Khaki-Uniform.
The students will be prepared for various exams for recruitment in the police service such as SSC GD Constable Entrance Exams, State Police Constable Exams and SSC CPO Exam.
However, there is much more to becoming a police officer than simply clearing these exams. At our academy we will make sure to equip the students with the right set of skills required in this profession such as assertiveness, active listening, teamwork, interpersonal communication etc.
