ABOUT THE FOUNDER

 Yash Nitin Sapre is the Founder of Swarajya Rakshak Sansta and ARES Tactical Pvt Ltd, leading a self-sustaining ecosystem of elite security professionals, combat-trained specialists, and workforce-ready individuals.  At Swarajya Rakshak Sansta’s specialized commando training academy in Hadapsar, Pune — led by ex-NSG and BSF Black Cat commandos — he directs programs preparing candidates for government service, private security, executive protection, and high-risk industrial operations. Training integrates MMA-driven combat techniques, urban warfare tactics, and intelligence operations, building mentally and physically resilient operatives.  In parallel, through ARES Tactical Pvt Ltd, he delivers executive protection, asset security, surveillance, and legal liaison services to HNIs, VIPs, and corporate entities. This dual structure not only sets operational standards in security but also provides direct employment pipelines for trained personnel in facility security, industrial contracts, and private military contracting. 

 Institutional Ecosystem

 Alongside Swarajya Rakshak Sanstha and ARES Tactical, Yash Nitin Sapre has founded ARES Sentinel, a private intelligence and influence-control platform specializing in opensource intelligence (OSINT), digital media operations, and strategic investigations for corporates, political stakeholders, and HNIs. ARES Sentinel ensures intelligence driven decision-making and crisis management. In partnership with Sensei Avnish B. Mehta, Sapre has also established Spartan’s Tactical Academy, a premier combat-sports and executive-protection institution producing India’s next cadre of tactically trained professionals. Spartan’s Academy bridges the gap between sports excellence and operational readiness, feeding both government aspirants and ARES Tactical’s private protection units.
